Glory Days

You’d know
How the time flies
Only yesterday
Was the time of our lives
We were born and raised
In a summer haze
Bound by the surprise
Of our glory days

The first Monday of Spring and the sun was shining, it was was a perfect evening for a walk along the beach, and a play in the sand. We mostly had the beach to ourselves, save for a few fishermen and dog walkers. It was a school night, but that warm sun and beautiful sunset kept us on the beach until dark. These are my kids glory days, so fun on the beach beats bedtime everytime. We had to eat a quick dinner, eggs on toast, but it was worth it. Lyrics above from Someone Like You, by Adele (our favourite song this month)

Oh my goodness Dale – this is you at your finest. Look at your beautiful children – when did they get so big! It seems like yesterday I was oooohhhh and ahhhhing over that shot of Lucas in the little boat. Just beautiful x

How gorgeous, I always love your beach work.
The kiddlets are going to grow up with such fond memories (like you!) of their childhood, love it :)
